Every listing states the lining and the fabric weight rather than a vague marketing claim. Fleece-lined leggings are lined edge to edge, not only at the panels. Lined footwear is lined through the whole shoe, not just the footbed.

Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a rule: knitwear is washed cold on a gentle cycle and dried flat, fleece-lined leggings are washed inside out and never tumble-dried on high, and suede footwear is brushed dry and treated with a suede protector before first wear.

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and there are no restocking fees. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Banks may need an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
