How warm is it, really?

Every listing states the lining and the fabric weight rather than a vague marketing claim. Fleece-lined leggings are lined edge to edge, not only at the panels. Lined footwear is lined through the whole shoe, not just the footbed.

How do I care for this piece?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a rule: knitwear is washed cold on a gentle cycle and dried flat, fleece-lined leggings are washed inside out and never tumble-dried on high, and suede footwear is brushed dry and treated with a suede protector before first wear.

The footbed is flexible cork with a cushioned suede insole over it. Over the first week or two it takes the shape of your foot and stops being a generic shoe. The deep heel cup holds the foot in place, which is what keeps a backless clog from sliding around.
