How warm is it, really?

Every listing states the lining and the fabric weight rather than a vague marketing claim. Fleece-lined leggings are lined edge to edge, not only at the panels. Lined footwear is lined through the whole shoe, not just the footbed.

How do I care for this piece?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a rule: knitwear is washed cold on a gentle cycle and dried flat, fleece-lined leggings are washed inside out and never tumble-dried on high, and suede footwear is brushed dry and treated with a suede protector before first wear.

Yes, take your usual size. The lacing lets you fine-tune the fit across the instep, which is where most sneakers go wrong. If you are between sizes or have a wider forefoot, order the Wide rather than sizing up in length.
